How Napa Valley Airport Pickups Work

Airport transfer service is point-to-point. Pickup and drop-off locations are confirmed in advance. If a client requests a brief stop along the route, such as a secondary drop-off, gas station stop, or similar request, additional fees may apply. Clients may choose to travel from the airport to a winery before continuing to their final destination. In these cases, time spent at the winery is billed at the applicable hourly rate, beginning when the chauffeur arrives at the winery and ending when the group re-enters the vehicle. Transfers are private and scheduled in advance. Vehicle assignments remain consistent whenever possible. If a vehicle change is required, it is handled based on availability.

Airport transfers are provided as point-to-point service and are charged at a flat rate based on route and vehicle type. Transfer duration varies depending on pickup location, destination, traffic conditions, and time of day.

Airport transfer pricing is based on route, vehicle type, and service details. Rates are listed on the booking page so you can review options before reserving. Service charges, airport fees, tolls, and parking fees are added after booking, where applicable.

Pickup and drop-off locations outside standard service areas may affect pricing. If arrival or departure timing changes, adjustments may be possible, subject to availability.

Airport Transfer Booking and Cancellations

If flight times change, notifying us as early as possible allows us to review available options. All changes are subject to availability.

For sedan, SUV, and sprinter van transfers, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup. If canceled within that window, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

For larger vehicles, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup. Stretch limousines and limo sprinters are charged in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable once booked.
