Yes. A one-hour deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit becomes non-refundable 7 days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled reservation date and time.
All services include a service charge. Any additional gratuity is optional.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, airport fees, pick-up or drop-off outside standard service zones, and other service-related fees.
Yes. Pets are welcome. A pet fee applies based on size, with full details listed on the vehicle or booking page. Please notify us in advance if you plan on bringing a pet.
Our fleet includes luxury transportation such as sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, limo sprinters, sprinter vans, minibuses, full-size charter buses, and more.
Yes. Airport transfer services are available, and in some cases, the base rate may be waived when bundled with multi-day wine tours, subject to promotional availability.
Airport transfers are scheduled as point-to-point service. Additional stops, including multiple drop-offs or brief requests along the route, may incur additional charges. Airport-to-winery transfers are permitted, with time at the winery billed at the applicable hourly rate. Vehicle changes may occur if availability allows.
There is a 6-hour minimum for services before 6:00 PM and a 4-hour minimum for services starting after 6:00 PM. Extensions may be available at the same hourly rate, subject to availability.

For sedan, SUV, or sprinter van airport transfers, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
For all other vehicle types, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup.
For stretch limousines and limo sprinters, cancellations made within seven days (168 hours) of the reservation incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Wine tours and other hourly services require a booking deposit equal to one hour of service. This deposit becomes non-refundable seven days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled start date and time.
If an hourly service reservation is canceled within four days (96 hours) of the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the estimated trip total will apply.

Yes. All drivers are licensed and insured, have completed background checks, and have received professional chauffeur training.
Yes, alcohol is permitted if all passengers are 21 or older. Alcohol is not allowed when minors are present. Please notify us in advance.
Yes. We regularly support event planners and corporate clients, including multi-vehicle coordination and schedule management.
Curbside pickup is standard. Meet-and-greet service inside the terminal is available for an additional fee.
